Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Deadline: Guests can cancel their reservations up to 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time to be eligible for a refund.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the check-in time will result in the forfeiture of one night’s rent or the deposit amount.
- Special Mahakumbh 2025 Policy: During Mahakumbh 2025, high demand may limit cancellation options. Any changes to the policy will be communicated in advance.
2. Refund Policy
- Refund Eligibility: Refunds are applicable only for cancellations made within the prescribed deadline.
- Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during booking.
- No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable in the following cases:
- No-shows (failure to check in).
- Early departures after check-in.
- Violation of hotel policies leading to eviction.
3. Modification of Bookings
Any changes to an existing reservation, such as rescheduling or shortening the stay, must be requested at least 48 hours before the check-in time. Approval is subject to room availability and management discretion.
4. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or delays caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or strikes. In such cases, refunds may not be guaranteed.
5. Razorpay Payments
All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be initiated through Razorpay and subject to their processing timelines. For more details, refer to Razorpay’s Refund Policy.
