1. Reservations and Payments

Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed only upon full advance payment.

Payment Method: Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

Non-Refundable Policy: Payments are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds are applicable only if cancellations are made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in time. For cancellations beyond this period, one night’s rent or the deposit amount will be forfeited.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in Time: 12:00 noon.

Check-out Time: 12:00 am.

Early/Late Check-in/Check-out: Subject to availability and additional charges.

Identification: All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in.

3. Guest Responsibilities

• Conduct: Guests are required to maintain decorum and respect other guests. Disruptive behavior may lead to eviction without refund.
• Smoking Policy: Smoking is allowed only in designated areas. Fines may apply for violations.
• Damage to Property: Guests will be held liable for any damage or loss caused to hotel property during their stay.
• Pets: Pets are strictly prohibited.
• Prohibited Activities: Illegal activities on the premises are strictly forbidden and may result in immediate removal from the property.

4. Liability Disclaimer

Loss of Belongings: The management is not responsible for any loss or theft of personal belongings or valuables.

Service Disruptions: We are not liable for interruptions in services due to unforeseen events like natural disasters, power outages, or strikes.

Third-Party Payment Gateway: Payments processed through Razorpay are subject to Razorpay's terms and policies.

5. Special Mahakumbh 2025 Provisions

During Mahakumbh 2025, high demand may result in extended booking times and limited availability. Advance planning is advised.

Temporary policies may be introduced to manage crowd control and safety. Guests will be informed in advance.

6. Website Use

Content Ownership: All content on our website, including text, images, and graphics, is the property of Alarkpuri Sangam Resorts and Restaurants. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.

Data Usage: By using the site, you agree to our Privacy Policy regarding the collection and use of your data.

7. Force Majeure

The management will not be held responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or emergencies.

8. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revised "Effective Date."

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Prayagraj courts.
